Trowbridge Symphony Orchestra has a long history having been formed in 1923. It draws its members from around Wiltshire and meets regularly during term time, performing 3 concerts per year at differing venues, including The Wiltshire Music Centre Bradford on Avon and Holy Trinity Church, Bradford-on-Avon.
Recent concerts have included Shostakovitch Piano Concerto no.2, Beethoven Symphony no.3, Dvorak Symphony no.8, Sibelius Symphony no.2, Mahler Symphonies no.1 & no.5, Elgar Cello Concerto, Shostakovitch Piano Concerto, Bruch Violin Concerto, Glazunov Violin Concerto
